LOCATION

The meeting will be held at Le Meridien Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Virtual attendance will also be possible. The hotel is located at 14 Arch St. in the business district, within walking distance of numerous attractions, and 13.2 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Train service is available from PHL to downtown via SEPTA’s Airport Line.

We’re looking for a modest number of current and potential partners who want to connect, collaborate and learn with us side-by-side, rather than a sea of vendors who are walled off behind their tables from the real action and who possess varying degrees of interest in the things we care about the most. Primary contacts of member agencies received an invitation for their agency to attend the Exchange’s 2023 Annual Meeting.  The invitation included the link to register and the 2023 Travel & Reimbursement policy, as well as other key information for the meeting.

SPONSORS

Sponsors will receive a link to register on our TicketTailor website following payment of the sponsorship fee, allowing them to book accommodations at the group rate.

PROGRAM

The theme for this year’s meeting is Towards Resilient Communities: Exploring the Role of Green Infrastructure in Environmental Justice. Sessions and tours will examine the role green stormwater infrastructure can play in the creation of empowered, resilient communities and in furthering environmental justice.
