The US Water Alliance is hosting a three-part webinar series that addresses three critical components for bringing about a One Water future: engineering, planning, and financing. The first of the three webinars, dedicated to spotlighting engineering innovations, was held on November 5th.
Our nation’s water systems and water professionals depend on engineering, not only for implementation and maintenance but also to adjust to an environment that shifts rapidly. As water infrastructure systems reach the end of their lifecycle, opportunities emerge to engineer new solutions that promote greater sustainability.
This webinar focused on how engineering innovations are being used to scale One Water practices field-wide. The panel featured prominent speakers sharing successful examples of integrating One Water solutions into engineering practices, including: Wendy Broley, Vice President, One Water; Brown and Caldwell, and Tim Thomure, Director, Tucson Water.
