The GI Library provides easily accessible resources from Exchange members and partner organizations. The library interface allows users to access and consider use of seven different categories of Library resources so as to:
Consistent with the mission of the Exchange, the Library goal is to support local governments and water agencies in the US & Canada to equitably implement green stormwater infrastructure.
The GI Library was originally designed as an Exchange member-only tool. But we are pleased to open up access to the Library to non-Exchange member partners as part of a 12 month trial period beginning September 1.
Our expectation around use of the Library is that each library user would upload at least one relevant GI resource that they or their organization has created per year. To ensure the Library resources remain relevant to members and non-members alike, we ask that library users upload resources focused on application/implementation/case studies/lessons learnt. The library is not an advertising platform for untested technologies and products.
All resources added to the ‘upload folder’ will be reviewed by the Library administrator to ensure relevance and that sufficient information has been associated with each resource to support library searchability.
Importantly, when accessing and subsequently using Library resources, appropriate credit should be given to resource authors/creators.
More information about uploading to and navigating the Library can be found on the Library website pages.
Should you wish to request access to the Library, please complete the following access request form, noting that in requesting access, you are agreeing to the participation requirements laid out in the form:
