Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working on updating the Member profile sections and the Membership Application process on our website, to make the experience more user-friendly and effortless for members. This update is part of a bigger initiative undertaken late last year to completely upgrade the user interface and experience on the website.
We also wanted to alert you that to execute this new update, the Member section of the site is expected to be down most of the day on Saturday, February 20th (and possibly into Sunday morning). During that time, you will not be able to access or view your individual profile, your organization’s profile, or the profiles of any other Exchange members.
We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience, as we perform this work. We will alert you as soon as the transition has been completed and provide detailed instructions on accessing the new individual and organizational pages.
