The Green Infrastructure Leadership Exchange (“Exchange”) Collaborative Grant Program provides Exchange members the opportunity to solve problems together. It provides resources to share knowledge and work together to improve the speed, cost, or effectiveness of their green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) programs.
