The Exchange is Seeking Temporary Administrative & Event Planning Support!

We’re seeking a temporary administrative professional to join our team from January through May 2020, with possibility to extend the position. This is a contracted hourly position that will require an estimated 10 hours/week in January and subsequently evolve to 30-40 hours/week thereafter. 

This position is preferably located in Philadelphia and involves working with both local and remote staff. Attendance at the Exchange’s Annual Conference held May 3-6, 2020 in Atlanta, GA will also be required. 

The essential functions of this role center around the provision of support to the Director and other staff in a systems administration as well as event-planning capacity, with emphasis on: 

  • Supporting the planning and execution of our Annual Meeting and
  • Supporting the scheduling of conference calls, meetings, webinars, and events across all Workgroups, Committees, and Collaboration Grant projects for our members, as well as collecting and tracking information related to these activities
