The University of South Florida Muma College of Business will offer a free, seven-week FREE certificate program, sponsored by the Tampa Bay Lightning and Jabil, to educate organizations about how to create a more diverse workplace as well as address equity issues and foster inclusivity, including essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion.
The certificate program was developed by a team of faculty across the university with support from Jabil and the Tampa Bay Lightning. The program begins March 24th and runs through May 5th in seven two-hour modules, aired live on Wednesdays from 5-7 pm ET. But participants will subsequently have two weeks to view each recorded session. Participants will learn how building and growing a diverse workforce not only can help address current societal issues but also help companies develop novel business practices, increase revenue, and improve performance. Those who successfully complete the program will receive a digital certificate and a Credly badge for display on LinkedIn, as well as qualify for 1.4 university CEUs.
