New 2026 Annual Meeting Policies

• Registration fee of $500 per member.
• Registration fee of $750 for non-members. 
• $250 of the registration fee will go towards the first year of membership dues if non-member organization joins the Exchange within 30 days of the Annual Meeting event dates.
• Attendees are fully responsible for travel and accommodation costs. 
• No limit to the number of individuals that can attend per member organization.
• Scholarship Sponsor Packages available.
• Registration is now closed.

This is an opportunity to support the Exchange’s Scholarship Program, which helps students and less-resourced member organizations participate in Exchange programming, especially the Annual Conference.
