Trained as both a lawyer & landscape architect, Barbara spent 13 years as ED of an urban land trust before joining the Exchange in 2022. Prior to that, she practiced law, consulted, & worked for 11 years at Baltimore City Community College, serving as vp for institutional advancement, among other roles.

Originally from NC, Nina received a B.S. in Biology from East Carolina University. Since 2016, she’s worked as an environmental educator for several institutions, most recently in Atlanta, GA. Throughout her career, she’s developed programs for students, educators, and community partners.
Tracy Tegart

Tracy grew up in southern Ontario and earned a B.Sc.in Physics from the University of Guelph. Her career in education began with a non-profit in Vancouver, BC, where she promoted science literacy through community-based programming. Tracy went on to earn a Master of Human Relations while living in Germany, and has since worked in several mission-driven environments across the US. She specializes in designing, building, and facilitating learning programs that help professionals do complex, meaningful work.
Megan Warner

Megan (she/her) has worked in outdoor and environmental education across several states, including Arizona, Pennsylvania, Hawaiʻi, Colorado, and Oregon. She holds a B.S. in Sustainability from Arizona State University. Throughout her career, she has created programs on climate justice, waste prevention, and mindful activism. Megan enjoys rock climbing, trailrunning, and nature journaling.
