The Exchange is thrilled to welcome Tracy Campbell, Stormwater Superintendent for the City of Missoula, Montana. Tracy brings a wealth of experience as an environmental consultant, having worked in the field for 20 years. For the last 5 years, Tracy has specialized in stormwater management and is eager to implement more pre-treatment for dry wells
In her role, Tracy oversees the operations maintenance team and collaborates closely with the wastewater division, as well as handling local construction permits. Since the addition of Missoula’s stormwater utility management in 2017, Tracy has taken the helm to ensure Missoula’s water systems are managed effectively and sustainably.
Tracy’s interest in the Exchange stems meeting Exchange members from Portland, Oregon. Tracy is particularly keen on exchanging knowledge with others about green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) standards for handling snow, rain, and winter events, especially given Missoula’s location on an old glacial lake bed.
We look forward to Tracy’s contributions and the new perspectives she will bring to our community. We look forward to working with Tracy and we give the City of Missoula a warm welcome!
