The Exchange is pleased to introduce our new Education Manager, Tracy Tegart!

Tracy grew up in southern Ontario, where she learned how to snowshoe in PE class. She fondly remembers class field trips to the local arboretum where they got to see how sap is collected from maple trees and refined into syrup.

Tracy earned a B.Sc.in Physics from the University of Guelph, ON, then moved to Vancouver, BC, where her first “real” job was with a non-profit that promoted science literacy through community-based programming. One of her favorite assignments was taking new Canadians on tours through Stanley Park, where she’d highlight features of the local ecosystem while introducing community recycling practices.

Tracy went on to earn a Master of Human Relations while living in Germany, and has since worked in several mission-driven environments across the US. She specializes in designing, building, and facilitating learning programs that help professionals do complex, meaningful work. As our new Education Manager, Tracy is excited about collaborating with Exchange members and staff to build a robust portfolio of events and resources that support the work of our cross-sector community.
